A while ago a new series of contrast sensors was added to the product portfolio of this Italian manufacturer: the TL46 Series. Named after Italy's most successful motorcycle racer: Valentino Rossi. This sensor series has the same characteristics and properties as the MotoGP rider: fast, safe and reliable. A winning combination!
Datalogic has developed four different versions for the new TL46 series.
All models of the TL46 digital contrast sensors are characterized by excellent performance in terms of resolution, definition and precision of the light beam generated by a high-quality RGB LED. Also characteristic is the short response time (up to 16µs) and the very fast switching speed (up to 30 kHz). Naturally, all three models have a robust aluminum IP67 housing.
