Suurmond has been available for years reactors for lab and R&D. Completely composed according to the user's wishes and of good Swiss and German quality. The call from the market for short delivery times and competitively priced solutions has increased in recent years. To meet this need, Suurmond has developed its own glass reactor system; the suurGLASS lab reactor. This was created in consultation with users. The first reactors will be delivered in mid-July. We are happy to make special agreements with universities and colleges.

suurGLASS reactor

The suurGLASS reactor is a universal reactor with a standard configuration. The advantage of this is the short delivery time and the favorable price. The reactor is modular in design. Extensions are always possible.

The DN150 lid is equipped with 5 nozzles, one of which is used for the stirrer. This allows 25 configurations.

Easy exchange of the reactor

An important advantage of the suurGLASS reactor is that if you want to exchange the reactor, the entire "upper-section" does not have to be removed.

This means that the motor/dynamic seal/cover remain in place. Our proprietary innovative Quick-Action-Clamp design allows you to easily remove the reactor without any assistance.

• Frame stainless steel 316L/304
• Removable drip tray of 316L
• One double-walled glass reactor; choice of 1-2-3-4-5 liters
• DN150 lid with 5 nozzles. Fits all reactors.
• Suurmond Quick Action Clamp
• Dynamic seal with PTFE gasket
• Manifold for hoses, including hoses
• Heidolph HEI-torque motor stirrer
• Various clamping and support systems
• PTFE bottom tap
• 1 stirrer
• Drain tap for heating oil

The suurGLASS reactor fits in a table-top fume hood.
