Fulham has recognised the absolute need for disinfecting/sterilising UVC LED modules and is introducing two variants.
Both modules emit UVC radiation in 270-280nm and UVA in 395-405nm. An integrated controller captures the fluctuations in the input voltage, so that they do not affect the UV output. Multiple modules can be connected in parallel with the terminals at the ends of the modules.

Characteristics:

  • VUU24V005LP270C-8
Integrated module with 9 LEDs in an aluminum extrusion with excellent thermal properties, dimensions 203x32x7.4mm.
    UVC radiation 45mW, nominal 4.5W.
  • VUU24V007LN270C-11
Integrated module with 12 LEDs, as a separate LED strip with dimensions 281x19.2x6.8mm.
    UVC radiation 60mW, nominal 7.4W.
The module is compatible with the Ledil IP67 295x42mm lenses to focus the radiation to 14°, 30° or 60° depending on the application.

Because UVC is harmful to human skin and eyes, a security system is common. Fulham can use the BT smartbridge in combination with a PIR sensor to recognize human presence and switch off the LED driver.

With Fulham's UVC LED modules it is possible to quickly and easily create a total solution for disinfecting products, especially those that are passed from hand to hand in retail: jewellery, watches, smartphones, etc.
