The machines work accurately and prevent, for example, during filling, the liquids from foaming.
Previously, these installations only worked semi-automatically and “stand-alone”. This means that the operator manually places the Can in the installation. The market demanded greater capacity, extraction above the can as long as it is not yet closed and minimal disruption of processes due to changeover times. Safe and efficient. Gronfa has converted this challenge into this innovative result and realized and delivered it together with clients, partners and suppliers. The fully automatic filling and closing machine feeds the Jerrycans itself, fills them in a largely closed space with good extraction and closes them at the correct weight.
Efficiency drive
Every jerry can, from 5 to 25 litres, can be processed by the installation. To do this, the operator enters the recipe with the different sizes once via the control screen. The filling process then takes place automatically, without the operator having to adjust the machine; thanks to this installation, one operator can do the work of three or four. Even the supply and discharge of the jerry cans can be carried out by robots. This also improves hygiene. This allows the client to make a significant time-saving efficiency improvement. This makes investing in the installation extra interesting in relation to “total cost of ownership”.
Compact
Thanks to new options, the fully automatic installation helps companies to quickly scale up and become more professional and has a compact footprint of 100×120 centimetres.
