In recent weeks, FHI has regularly received reports of unjustified invoices and/or contracts, which are sent by the following companies:
• The Austrian company Construct Data (Fair Guide);
• Expo Guide from Mexico with an address in France;
• Avron from Slovenia;
• Event Fair from Slovakia;
• International Fairs Directory /Mulpor Company;
• Targetb2bleads;
• FairExpo;
• WIPOT (trademark protection).
Common offers and/or invoices are for inclusion in (online) guides and trade fair catalogs or for booking hotel rooms. In addition, the World Business Guide company is asking companies to provide their information for what appears to be a free ad placement.
FHI has no collaboration or affiliation with Construct Data (Fair Guide), Expo Guide, Avron, Event Fair, International Fairs Directory / Mulpor Company, Targetb2bbleads, Fail Expo, WIPOT, World Business Guide or EHS Housing.
We assure you that FHI to these companies no provided data.
So be extra alert to these types of practices. Don't just sign your name. Documents sent by these companies often turn out to be a contract. Instruct your employees carefully about what they can and cannot sign on your behalf.
