The laboratory world is in constant flux. New technologies are rapidly succeeding one another, regulations are changing, and themes such as sustainability, digitalization, and AI are playing an increasingly important role in the lab. This calls for knowledge, curiosity, and a willingness to look ahead. During World of Laboratory, these developments come together.

For four days, the laboratory sector takes center stage. Exhibitors, experts, researchers, and peers meet to share knowledge, discover new technologies, and exchange experiences. After all, it is precisely by bringing different perspectives together that new insights and solutions emerge.

The substantive program offers ample in-depth content. Current and relevant topics such as AI in the lab, bioprinting, sustainability, and safety are covered in seminars, expert sessions, and workshops. The focus is not only on the technology itself, but especially on its application. What does a development mean for today's laboratory? And how can you apply new knowledge and technology in practice tomorrow?

The exhibition floor forms an important addition to the program. A conversation with a supplier can offer a solution to a problem in the lab. A researcher can showcase a new development. And a colleague from another laboratory can share an experience that helps you move forward. It is precisely this combination of content and networking that makes a visit to the exhibition valuable.

This year, too, there is plenty of opportunity to discover the trade fair in a different way. For this edition, we spoke with young professionals from the laboratory sector about what appeals to them, why they visit a trade fair, and what makes a day at the fair valuable to them. These conversations have led to various interactive elements on the exhibition floor.

You can participate in one of the X-peditions and discover the fair through various themes. A playful element has also been added: at various exhibitors, you collect parts for your own LEGO pipette or microscope. It is an accessible way to go on a journey of discovery and make new contacts at the same time.

In addition, there is a focus on professional development. With a LinkedIn photographer and sessions such as From lab expert to conversation partner, World of Laboratory also offers space to work on your network and your next step.

World of Laboratory demonstrates how broad and versatile the laboratory sector is: a place where knowledge is shared, innovations become visible, and people meet. On behalf of FHI Laboratory Technology, I cordially invite you to be inspired, discover new possibilities, and above all, engage in dialogue. For it is precisely in these encounters that the ideas emerge that move the laboratory sector forward.

See you on World of Laboratory!
