W&S enters new growth phase thanks to strategic partnership and new leadership
W&S, an established distributor and service partner of capital goods,
automation solutions and lifecycle services for the electronics industry in the Benelux,
has a new strategic partnership and a strengthened shareholder structure
announced in support of the company's next growth phase.
As part of this development, Jochem Winkelman has joined W&S as
investor and Managing Director. With his experience in senior management positions within
production and electronics organizations, he will lead the next growth phase of the
company, in collaboration with strategic partner DDJ Holdings, the group behind Altus Group
in the United Kingdom and Ireland and Danutek in Central and Eastern Europe.
The partnership strengthens the long-term market position, technical expertise and
customer support for W&S, and simultaneously creates new opportunities for
collaboration within the broader group.
