Processing personal data
FHI, federation of technology industries (hereinafter: FHI) imposes the use of its organization of trade fairs (WoTS, E&A and LabNL)and events personal data for the purpose of issuing exhibitor and visitor passes. After registration, FHI stores the personal data you provide: gender, name, company name, address details, e-mail address and telephone number. And your date of birth when you specified it. FHI does not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the aforementioned purposes of processing. This means that your personal data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to achieve the stated goals.
FHI retains and uses the personal data you enter to invite you and keep you informed of other relevant and interesting (marketing) activities and services for you, such as upcoming editions of WoTS, E&A and LabNL and events.
Exhibitors
When you register yourself as a visitor to attend an (online) trade fair or event, your personal data will be: gender, name, position, market segment, areas of interest (if specified), address details, business email address and telephone number, when you have given permission for this or there is a legal obligation, shared with exhibitors. Exhibitors will use your data to provide information or make offers.
Badge
As a visitor, you understand that when you agree to an exhibitor scanning your badge during the event, you provide the exhibitor with personal information. You authorize the exhibitor to use this information to contact you about their products or services. You understand that this exhibitor may use your data outside the European Economic Area and you consent to this. You understand and agree to the retention and use of your data by the organization of this event: FHI, and any third party acting on behalf of the organization, to run the event and to analyze the flow of visitors for the purpose of improving the experience. of visitors.

Exhibition projects
When you register for participation in projects or seminars at trade fairs and/or events, the personal data you provide: gender, name, position, market segment, areas of interest (if specified), address details, business email address and telephone number will be shared with exhibitors. when you have given permission for this when registering as a visitor and/or by scanning your badge.
Photos and videos
Anyone who enters an FHI fair or event gives permission to take photo and video material in which you as a visitor may appear. FHI uses these recordings for publicity purposes. You will be explicitly reminded of this by means of an announcement at the entrance.
Withdraw declaration of consent
If you no longer wish to register for trade fairs and/or newsletters, information about (new) products and services (by e-mail), you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the e-mail. . If this is not possible, you can also send an email to: privacy@fhi.nl or submit a written request to: FHI, privacy department, Leusderend 12, 3832 RC Leusden. We will respond to your request within 5 working days.
To withdraw your consent for the use of personal data by third parties, we refer you to the relevant third party.
Inspection and modification of personal data
