As a distributor and manufacturer of instruments and furniture for laboratories ANALIS Group a renowned company in the Benelux. Analis sa/nv was founded in 1927 and has its headquarters in Namur (South Belgium) and branches in Ghent (Belgium North) and ANALIS bv and VOS Instruments in Zaltbommel (Netherlands).

In 2021 DULIS founded with the Dutscher group to offer an additional range of labware & lab supplies with more than 50,000 references.With the acquisition of the company VOS Instrumenten in 2022, we wanted to strengthen our position as a provider of lab solutions in the Netherlands, allowing us to offer a wider range of solutions. Analis In 2022, Analis bv and VOS Instrumenten merged at the location in Zaltbommel.
