Eurocircuits developed PCB Visualizer with various tools to check the 'bare printed circuit board' (bare board) in detail prior to the production process. This has reduced an original error rate of 25% to less than 3%.

PCB Assembly Visualizer or PCBA Visualizer for short is very useful for the developer as well as for EMS companies (Electronic Manufacturing Service) and checks whether the PCB design 'matches' with the BOM (Bill of Materials) and the CPL (Component Place List).

These control options are becoming increasingly important because electronic designers increasingly express the desire to outsource the assembly of their prototypes. This is due to the increasingly complex soldering work in combination with the high time pressure. Production data “right first time” supplying to the producer is of great importance here because every error can lead to a delay in the lead time.
