Since 1956 we have been manufacturing positive displacement pumps and providing technical support to a range of industries. We started in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, where inventor Bernard Refson developed the first technically and commercially viable peristaltic pump for use outside the laboratory.

In 1969 we moved to our headquarters in Falmouth, Cornwall. Since then, we have expanded geographically to serve more than 60 markets around the world. We consist of 10 leading brands, each specialist in a niche of fluid transfer technologies. In 1990 we became part of Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, a FTSE 100 company. As part of SSE, our shared goal is to create sustainable value for all our stakeholders, while building a more efficient, safer and sustainable world.
