Sales Manager Benelux

Your challenge
As Sales Manager Benelux, you are the face of InnoFour in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You:
- Actively expands commercial activities and opens doors at medium-sized and large technology companies investing in engineering and digitalization.
- Independently approaches prospects, develops new clients, and maintains existing relationships with a focus on long-term collaboration and customer success.
- Sells innovative, high-end software solutions such as EDA tools, ALM solutions, simulation software, and related services.
- Liaises with pre-sales, support, and consultancy to ensure solutions perfectly align with customer needs.
- Prepares commercial plans, quotations, and forecasts, and presents them to management.
- Monitor market developments and technological trends closely.
Your profile
You are an energetic sales professional who:
- Has demonstrable experience in B2B sales within software, engineering, or technology-driven environments.
- Speaks fluent Dutch and English (knowledge of French and/or German is a plus).
- Combines strong communication skills with a proactive, independent, and result-oriented attitude.
- Is motivated by commercial success, but also considers building sustainable customer relationships important.
- Has an affinity for technology and can quickly grasp new technical products (experience with engineering or EDA/PLM is a plus).
