Due to our growth and ambitious goals, we are looking for a driven Technical Supervisor. He/she will be responsible for the technical follow-up and daily coordination of our maintenance projects for the Dutch air monitoring network (RIVM).

Job description
As a Technical Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily technical follow-up of our maintenance projects and are the first point of contact for the customer.
Your tasks
✔ Maintaining and further developing existing customer relationships.
✔ Acting as the daily point of contact for customers and processing daily requests.
✔ Drawing up and coordinating the planning for installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
✔ Performing installations, maintenance work, and providing training on location and at our branch in Zaltbommel.
✔ Guiding and coaching internal and external service engineers.
✔ Managing our repair and service laboratory in the Netherlands.
✔ Organizing the quarterly technical meetings with the client.
✔ Reporting to the Operations Unit Manager Netherlands.
Your profile
We are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented professional with a hands-on mentality.
Requirements
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
- Good knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, mechanics, and the calibration of analytical measuring equipment or similar systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to travel for on-site interventions, client visits, and training.
- Experience with service and maintenance of our analytical instrumentation.
- Strong interest in further expanding professional knowledge within the field of metrology.
