Service & Support Engineer

As a Service & Support Engineer at Accelonix, you work with high-quality, complex machines in the electronics industry. In this varied role, technology, troubleshooting, and customer contact are central.

Your responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance: Installing and maintaining machines at customers in the Netherlands and Belgium;
• Troubleshooting: Analyzing and resolving technical problems, both on-site and remotely;
• Support & Advice: Advising, supporting, and training customers in the use of software and systems;
• International Cooperation: Solving technical issues together with foreign machine manufacturers;
• In-house Work: Testing electronic printed circuit boards and assembling microelectronics in Eindhoven;
• Innovate: Actively contribute ideas for technical improvements for the customer.

Your profile:

• Education & Foundation: Technical background (electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics);
• Basic knowledge of PC/software and possession of a B driving license;
• Characteristics: You work accurately, analytically, practically, and are eager to learn;
• Good communication in Dutch/English is required;
• Pros: Experience with electronics, assembly, measuring equipment, or PCBs is a plus. 

Both entry-level and experienced engineers are welcome!

Junior: No experience as a Service Engineer? We will train you step by step with training from international manufacturers.

More experienced: Get ample opportunity to independently resolve complex malfunctions and further expand your expertise.
