What is Envicontrol looking for?
Due to our growth, we are looking for a Technical Engineer Service & Maintenance to strengthen our Dutch technical team.
In this position, you are primarily responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting and repairing technical measuring instrumentation at our customers' locations.
You work in a technical and varied environment, where you work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues. With us, you have the opportunity to further expand your technical knowledge within the world of measurement and control technology and metrology.
Your tasks are
✔ Installing and commissioning analytical measuring equipment and systems.
✔ Performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
✔ Analyze malfunctions and resolve technical problems in consultation with the customer.
✔ Performing calibrations and checks of measuring equipment at the customer's location.
✔ Performing repairs and technical work in our service and repair laboratory in Zaltbommel.
✔ Performing fault and troubleshooting (interventions) at our customers in the Netherlands.
✔ Provide technical support to customers.
✔ Report on performed activities and interventions.
✔ Participate in technical training to further develop your knowledge.
Your profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic, technically strong, and hands-on technician who enjoys analyzing and solving problems.
What we expect
✔ Good knowledge of Dutch and preferably also English.
✔ Technical knowledge of electronics, pneumatics and mechanics.
✔ Interest in or experience with measurement and control technology, analytical measuring equipment, or similar systems.
✔ Accuracy and a practical approach.
✔ Good communication skills.
✔ Able to work independently, but also function well within a small technical team.
✔ Flexible and willing to travel for client interventions.
✔ Interested in further developing yourself within metrology and technical measuring equipment.
You have experience with service & maintenance and, naturally, some knowledge and insight into the calibration of analytical instrumentation; this is certainly a plus.
