Due to our growth and ambitious goals, we are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Technical Supervisor He/she is responsible for the technical follow-up and daily coordination of the maintenance project of the Dutch air monitoring network (RIVM).

Desired job description
As Technical Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily technical follow-up of our maintenance project and are the first point of contact for the customer.
Your tasks are:
✔ Maintaining and further developing the existing customer relationship.
✔ Act as the daily point of contact for the customer and process daily requests.
✔ Drawing up and coordinating the planning for installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
✔ Performing installations, maintenance work, and training on location and at our branch in Zaltbommel.
✔ Guiding and coaching internal and external service engineers.
✔ Managing our repair and service laboratory in the Netherlands.
✔ Organizing the quarterly technical meetings with the client.
✔ Reporting to the Operations Unit Manager.
Your profile
We are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented professional with a hands-on mentality.
Your requirements
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
- You have a good knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, mechanics, and the calibration of analytical measuring equipment or similar systems.
- You possess good communication skills.
- You are flexible and willing to travel for on-site interventions, client visits, and training.
- You have knowledge and experience with the service and maintenance of analytical instrumentation.
- You have a strong interest in further expanding your knowledge within metrology.
