The FHI Pavilion is ready Monday, February 2nd. Between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No cars are allowed in the halls after 12:00 PM.) You can set up your own space in the pavilion. For setup and breakdown, you must reserve a time slot to access the loading and unloading zone.

Reserve a time slot

From December 29, 9:00 AM The VRS system opens. From that moment on, and up to 48 hours before the start of the installation, you can reserve a time slot for the installation on Monday, February 2nd, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Please note: without a time slot you will not be allowed access to the loading and unloading routes.

For the dismantling process, you can access the loading and unloading area by light transport between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM by showing your exhibitor badge. For dismantling after 7:00 PM, you must reserve a time slot.

Avoid a €120 additional charge by leaving the vehicle parked longer than the maximum time.

During the setup and breakdown of trade fairs, the Jaarbeurs Event can only be accessed with a valid setup and/or breakdown pass and a valid ID (for non-EU residents, a valid work permit is also required). Download the setup and breakdown pass here in both Dutch and English.

Stand builders and suppliers must register for this to promote a smooth flow upon arrival at Jaarbeurs.

Registration of stand personnel and access during the exhibition days

Register yourself and your team in Visit Connect to gain access to the trade show. When you register your team members, you also grant them access to Visit Connect, where you can set permissions, such as scanning leads, chatting, and scheduling appointments.

Parking during construction

After loading and unloading, construction and dismantling personnel can park at Jaarbeurs' P2 parking facility at a reduced rate of 50% off the regular parking rate.

This only applies to set-up and dismantling days, not to the holding days and not to the dismantling evening.

Method

After loading/unloading, leave the loading and unloading zone and drive to parking facility P2;
At the barrier, you'll receive an entry ticket. Take it with you when you leave your vehicle;
From P2, walk past the P4 booth where you can have your entry ticket validated. This validation will give you a 50% discount at checkout;
After your setup and disassembly, you can pay with your entry ticket. You have two options:
- Pay at the payment machines. These are located at the East and West Entrances and at the Parking Garage on P4 on the ground floor near the elevator.
- Scan your entry ticket with your mobile phone's camera and you will be redirected to a mobile payment site
After validating your entry ticket, you have 12 hours to exit. After that, the 50% discount expires, and you'll pay the regular parking rate.

Under "Profile," you can add your company information with your company logo, information, contact details, and attachments. Complete your company profile quickly so visitors can see this information as well.

Use your personal registration link
Under the "Guests" heading, you'll find your personal registration link on the "Registration Links" tab. Copy the entire link and don't modify it! You can also create separate URLs for specific campaigns using the "Add" button.
