Bezoekersregistratie app – FHI Events

During WoTS 2024 we will use a new system for registering visitors, but this is a well-known system among exhibition organizers. What is new for scanning badges is that badge readers or tablets are no longer provided. The stand staff uses his/her own telephone to scan the badges of visitors to the stand. They do this using the app. Visitors and exhibitors use the same app, but with different functionalities.

In order to fully utilise the app as an exhibitor, it is necessary to start a team via the icon at the top right of the home screen. This is a one-time action and is performed by the team member who logs in first. Once you have started a team, all colleagues will have access to the company profile. Add a logo, description and more to the company profile via your team.

Using the app, you scan the QR code on the visitor's badge. You can then make a note that you can find later in a downloadable Excel sheet. NOTE! Save the notes before you click away a profile by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom right of the note.

The app will go live on August 27 and exhibitors will be informed about this by email.
