Visitor registration app – FHI Events

During WoTS we use a system for the registration of visitors. For scanning badges, the stand staff uses his/her own phone to scan the badges of the visitors at the stand. They do this with the help of the app. Visitors and exhibitors use the same app, but with different functionalities.

In order to fully utilise the app as an exhibitor, it is necessary to start a team via the icon at the top right of the home screen. This is a one-time action and is performed by the team member who logs in first. Once you have started a team, all colleagues will have access to the company profile. Add a logo, description and more to the company profile via your team.

Using the app, you scan the QR code on the visitor's badge. You can then make a note that you can find later in a downloadable Excel sheet. NOTE! Save the notes before you click away a profile by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom right of the note.
