AEMICS is a full-stack embedded engineering and manufacturing company based in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands. Since 1996, we have been researching, developing and producing complex electronics for customers worldwide in industrial, automation and consumer markets.
Research and development are at the heart of what we do. Our engineers combine electronics design, embedded software and cloud technology into one integrated product. From sensors and PCB design to firmware, connectivity, data platforms and dashboards, every layer is developed to work seamlessly with the others. We continuously explore emerging technologies such as signal and image processing, motion control, wireless connectivity, edge computing, on-premise AI and cybersecurity by design. This enables us to transform innovative ideas into reliable, future-ready products.
What truly sets AEMICS apart is that development and production take place under one roof. Our in-house production department assembles PCBAs from the first prototype through to series production. This close connection between engineering and manufacturing accelerates iteration, shortens time to market and gives our teams direct control over quality. It also allows customers to test real hardware early in the development process.
We work with our customers through transparent, agile co-development. Customers contribute their market knowledge and product vision, while we provide the multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing expertise. Our shared digital environment offers insight into projects, planning, orders and production. Every delivered product has its own serial number, with production steps, rework and test results recorded at unit level for complete traceability.
