Registration for the World of Industry, Technology & Science

Registration for WoTS 2026 opens on Monday, November 3, 2025. It will be phased in by exhibitor category, depending on your membership and/or previous participation in 2024. This way, each target group will have access to the online map at a specific time to reserve a stand location.

Registration opens for:

Members of FHI, FEDA and Machevo who were exhibitors in 2024 – Monday, November 3, 2025, 9:00 AM
Other members of FHI, FEDA and Machevo – Monday, November 10, 2025, 9:00 AM
Non-members who were exhibitors in 2024 – Monday, November 17, 2025, 9:00 AM
Other non-members – Monday, November 24, 2025, 9:00 AM

How does registration work?

Step 1: Choose your booth location

View the online map and choose a booth location that suits your activities.
Click on the desired position and enter your details. Indicate your second and third choices in the comments field.
Submit your reservation request. You'll receive confirmation from FHI upon assignment. If we're unable to assign you the desired stands, we'll contact you.

Step 2: finalize your registration

Complete the online registration form within two working days.
Only after receipt of this form will your participation be officially confirmed.

Important points of interest

The map is not updated in real time. In case of duplicate applications, the first submission will be prioritized.
Did you specify a second and third choice? If available, FHI may assign one of these stands. Without alternative choices, you must submit a new request.
The reservation is only final after written confirmation.
Your reservation remains valid for two business days. If the registration form is not received within two business days, the reserved booth location will expire.
You can only reserve one stand, unless you actually book multiple stands

Stand construction

You can participate in the WoTS with a freestanding stand, a standard stand (available in three options), or by participating in a pavilion. The minimum size for a stand is 16 m².

Floor plan

The online map (in a shielded environment) shows blank stands, pavilions, seminar rooms and catering points.
Depending on your category (see table above), you can select a stand location from the corresponding date.
The map is divided into three worlds:
- World of Industry
- World of Electronics
- World of Laboratory

Participation rates

The organization uses two rates: a member rate and a non-member rate. Members are companies affiliated with the Machevo & Bulk Association and/or FEDA, and/or with one of the affiliated branches of FHI, the federation of technology industries.
