The World of Industry, Technology & Science is getting closer. Here we inform you about the logistics process surrounding the exhibition. Read this information carefully to prepare your trade fair participation as optimally as possible.
loading and unloading
You need a time slot for loading and unloading during the construction and dismantling days. You cannot enter the loading/unloading zone on the Jaarbeurs site without a time slot. NB! You can reserve a time slot one month before construction. The Jaarbeurs uses a new system for this. You will receive more information about booking time slots in August via a separate email. During construction and dismantling you can park at P2 at a reduced rate of 50%.
The use of your own forklift trucks is not permitted in the exhibition halls. If you need a forklift to drive the goods to your stand, please contact DB Schenker (fairs.utrecht@dbschenker.com).
Drop & Go service
Would you like to bring some boxes and other small materials to your stand during the last set-up day or the morning before the exhibition opens? You can only use the Drop & Go service on Monday, September 23 from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Tuesday, September 24 from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM. You deliver your stand materials to hall 10. The condition is that your colleague is ready to receive the materials and bring them to the stand. After unloading, you immediately drive off the site.
DB Schenker is the official logistics partner of the Jaarbeurs. DB Schenker provides transport, storage and rental of various equipment such as pallet trucks, forklifts, etc. Would you like to use this? Contact DB Schenker at fairs.utrecht@dbschenker.com.
During the exhibition days it is possible to store your empty boxes and stand materials in halls 7 and 10. The exact location will be indicated on site. This is an unattended service, please do not post any goods of value here.
With a view to sustainability and congestion on the road, we would like to advise you to carpool with colleagues as much as possible or to use public transport.
During the exhibition days, parking lot P3 is reserved for WoTS exhibitors, you pay the regular parking rate. P3 is located next to halls 7 and 8. During the exhibition days you can go from P3 as an exhibitor/stand staff to 9:30 am enter through the side door between halls 7 and 8. After 9:30 am you use the regular entrance of hall 8, 9 or 10.
You can order parking tickets in advance in the Jaarbeurs webshop. You order a parking ticket per day. More information can be found in the webshop or at the website of the Jaarbeurs.

The set-up and dismantling times are divided by type of stand construction. Take this into account in your planning.
