The World of Industry, Technology & Science is getting closer. Here we inform you about the logistics process surrounding the exhibition. Read this information carefully to prepare your trade fair participation as optimally as possible.

Reserve a time slot

Voor het laden en lossen van stand materialen dien je een tijdslot te reserveren. Je kunt vanaf een maand voor de opbouw een tijdslot reserveren. De precieze datum volgt!

Access badge
You do not need an access badge for assembly and disassembly.

Exhibitor badge

Vanaf dinsdag 22 september 08.00 uur kun je, op vertoon van jouw registratiebewijs je exposantenbadge laten printen bij één van de registratiebalies bij entree hal 8, 9, of 10. Registreer jouw standpersoneel vooraf via de FHI Events app.
NB! Everyone only collects his/her personal exhibitor badge.

Safety and flow (Yellow Lanes)

For safety and flow during the set-up and dismantling, yellow lanes have been placed. These are the aisles that must remain free during the set-up and dismantling. Please note that you do not place any goods or transport crates in these aisles.

Logistics partner

DSV is the official logistics partner of the World of Technology & Science 2026 (WoTS) at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht and provides all logistics services during construction, exhibition and dismantling.

To ensure safety, only DSV employees are permitted to operate motorized lifting and transport equipment (forklifts, EPTs, aerial work platforms, etc.) in the halls and on the outdoor areas.

We offer, among other things:
• Transport of goods from your warehouse to the Jaarbeurs
• Unloading, loading, moving and delivery of goods in the Jaarbeurs
• Handling of smaller shipments (UPS, FedEx, PostNL, etc.)

Storage

DSV is de officiële logistieke partner van de Jaarbeurs. Zij verzorgen transport, opslag en verhuur van divers materiaal zoals palletwagens, heftrucks etc. Groot materiaal kun je tegen betaling laten opslaan bij DSV. Wil je hier gebruik van maken? Neem contact op DSV via fairs.utrecht@dvs.com.

Accessibility and parking

With a view to sustainability and congestion on the road, we would like to advise you to carpool with colleagues as much as possible or to use public transport.

Parkeertickets kun je vooraf bestellen in de webshop van Jaarbeurs. Je bestelt een parkeerticket per day. More information can be found in the webshop or at the website of the Jaarbeurs.

Waste

In each hall there are one or more mobile recycling streets. In these, waste is separated into different streams, such as plastic, paper and residual waste. The stand builder and exhibitor must ensure the removal of waste during construction and dismantling. It is not allowed to leave waste in the aisles, it must be taken to the mobile recycling street in the hall. Let on: When leaving the exhibition after dismantling, the exhibitor's stand location must be left empty.
