Stand construction

You can participate in World of Industry, Technology & Science in two ways: with standard stand construction (possible in three variants) or free stand construction. The organization applies two rates: a member rate and a rate for non-members. Members are companies that are affiliated with Machevo & Bulk Association and/or FEDA and/or with one of the affiliated branches of FHI, federation of technology industries. Below you will find an overview of the participation options.

Free stand building

When constructing a freestanding stand, it is important to take this into account stand building regulations. Submit your stand construction drawing to the organization via info@wots.nl if your stand is higher than 3 meters. Take into account the hall specifications for the hall layout and stand heights. Basic Standard Stand Construction

The 'Basic' stand construction is supplied in system construction. The stand has a professional appearance due to its simplicity. Our stand construction partner for basic stand construction is A-Booth.

The standard stand building consists of the following components:

Escolita floor tiles, color of your choice from available colors;
System walls, color white 100 x 250 cm;
Display frame in blue color including name inscription in white with stand number on each open side;
Lockable storage room of 2 x 1 meters. Stands smaller than 24 m2 have a storage room of 1x1 meter;
1 spot per 4 m2, LED 12 watts;
Electricity: 3.5 kW connection;
Costs for visitor registration;
Internet connection (WiFi)

Premium Eco Stand Construction

Premium stand construction is constructed from aluminum frames fitted with Palboard Eco panels. There are various options to personalize the stand. This stand construction is provided by our stand construction partner A-Booth.

The stand consists of the following parts:

Escolita floor tiles, color of your choice from available colors;
Frameless Aluvsion Walls of 2480 x 992 x 55 cm;
2 side walls in the color of the continent with the name and stand number of the exhibitor;
White walls palboard (eco panel);
Lockable storage room of 2 x 1 meter (width x depth) with coat rack;
eye-catcher measuring 3472 mm high x 1984 mm wide with a black backed tendon cloth;
sides of the frame are finished in the color of the world;
2 spotlights Luxa 20 watt LED on the eye-catcher;
1 spot per 2 m1 on the side walls;
Electricity: 3.5 kW connection;

Professional Timber Construction Stand Construction

The Professional stand can be expanded with various options of furniture and a kitchen unit. The combination of various variations, options and wooden construction gives this stand construction a luxurious appearance. Our stand construction partner for professional timber construction is Lasso Events.

This stand construction consists of the following parts:

Escolita carpet tiles color choice incl. cover foil;
Walls and door panels timber construction 250cm high in white flannel; If you want a different color, you can have this done in consultation with Lasso;
Door panels;
Cove moldings 20x20cm along the back and side walls in natural wood;
Upright 20x50cm at the ends of the back and/or side wall in natural wood
Eye-catching wall 200x400cm, with cove construction all around in natural wood;
White wooden panel of 200 x 900 cm at the top of the eye-catching wall for name mention in black;
2 x pendant spotlight on eye-catching wall;
Recessed spotlights in coves along the rear and/or side walls;
3 x company name on eye-catching wall and end walls in standard font in black, max 25 letters;
Electricity: 3.5 kW connection;

Pavilions

FHI, FEDA and Machevo & Bulk Association offer participation in various theme pavilions. A collective of stands has major advantages: joint strength in visitor recruitment, cost savings in stand construction and catering and a professional appearance.
