Workshop using beacons in microscopy

During this workshop we will show how to set up beacons in wells or slides, to make life easier when it comes to tracking moving samples, e.g. zebra fish or migrating cells.  This is very time efficient as there is no need anymore to image the entire well or slide, but just the beacons that were set in advance. We also explain the difference between setting a region of interest vs a beacon. To demonstrate we will bring along fixed samples and the advanced automated imager from Agilent, the Cytation.
