Construction and dismantling instructions

On this page we inform you about the logistic process around the fair. Read this information carefully to prepare your fair participation.

Reserve a time slot

You must reserve a time slot for loading and unloading your stand materials. You can reserve your time slot starting August 25th. You will receive a separate email about this.

Using your own forklifts in the exhibition halls is not permitted. Need a forklift? Please contact us. DB Schenker.

Drop&Go

On Tuesday 23 September from 8:00 to 9:15 you can drop off your small stand materials via the Drop & Go service at hall 10. The condition is that your colleague is ready to receive the materials and bring them to the stand. After unloading, you drive off the site immediately. It is not necessary to reserve a time slot for the Drop & Go service.

Exhibitor badge

From Tuesday 23 September 8:00 am, upon presentation of your registration certificate, you can have your exhibitor badge printed at the registration desk in hall 9. NB! Everyone only collects his/her personal exhibitor badge.

Waste disposal

During construction and dismantling, the exhibitor/stand builder is expected to take care of the disposal of his waste. It is not permitted to leave waste in the aisles. The waste can be removed by physically taking all the waste with you and disposing of it outside Jaarbeurs or by renting a container via the Jaarbeurs webshop. The rented container will then be brought to the stand by appointment and will then be collected to ensure the correct waste processing. Other waste processing companies - except for the waste collector hired by Jaarbeurs - are not allowed on the Jaarbeurs complex.

Storage

DB Schenker is the official logistics partner of the Jaarbeurs. DB Schenker provides transport, storage and rental of various materials such as pallet trucks and forklifts.
