Scanning Leads

During LabNL 2025 we will use the FHI Events App. Badge readers or tablets will no longer be provided this edition. The stand staff will use their own phone to scan the badges of the visitors at the stand. They do this with the help of the app. Visitors and exhibitors use the same app, but with different functionalities.

Create your team
For optimal use, you should create a team in the app.

  • Login via the desktop version
  • Start your team via the icon at the top right of the home screen
  • Invite your team members (booth staff) to the team
    • Go to team members
    • Click on the “Invite Members” button and invite registered participants.
    • Is a person not yet registered as stand staff? Click on “register new team members” and fill in the details. Then invite this person via “invite registered participants”.

Lead Qualifications
Use the option to set up standard questions for your stand staff in the app. These questions will be visible in the app as soon as you have scanned the QR code on the visitor's badge. Want to know how to set this up? View the explanation of the lead qualification in the Dutch or in the English.

Badge scanning
Using the app, you scan the QR code on the visitor's badge. Then you choose between lead qualification or comments. These notes can be found in the export. NB: Save your notes using the “save” button at the bottom right before closing the profile.
