Deadline for first registration
After the first deadline for registration on 13 February 2025, we will start drawing the concept floor plan. Companies that have registered by this date at the latest, will be drawn on this first layout. Your wishes for the stand location will be included in this. You can then respond to the assigned stand location. Of course, registration is also possible after this deadline, but then we can take less account of the indicated wishes.

Stand building
The organization provides standard stand building for all exhibitors. These stands all come with the same standard package. This concept gives you a stand with a professional look at a low cost.

View the participation rates. You can find the rates also on the registration form. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Additional company announcement
As an exhibitor at LabNL, you are entitled to have your company name listed in the exhibitor list and on the floor plan. Do you have one or more co-exhibitors at your stand? Then you can request an additional company listing for this company(ies) at an additional cost. The rate for an additional company listing is €540 per listing.
