FHI Life Science Live On Tour – meet knowledge and innovation up close
Of FHI Life Science Live On Tour We want to bring the Life Sciences network to the campuses. In 2026, we plan to organize a series of compact events on various campuses, each with a program that aligns with the unique profile of each campus.

What can you expect?
Inspiration in the morning: Start de dag met een gezamenlijk ontbijt en ontmoet vakgenoten in een informele setting.
Prikkelende presentaties: In drie korte blokken delen wetenschappers, bedrijven en start-ups hun inzichten en innovaties rond het thema van de campus.
Compacte informatiemarkt: Ontdek relevante partijen op een laagdrempelige table top markt met statafels en banners.
Netwerkkansen: Met pitches en afsluitende gesprekken creëren we ruimte om kennis en samenwerking verder te brengen.

De eerste editie van FHI Life Science Live vindt plaats op 19 mei 2026 in het Plus Ultra gebouw in Utrecht. Het thema is innovatieve celkweektechnieken voor onderzoek en personalized medicine.

Life Science 2025 Review
On February 13, 2025, the Life Science event took place at FHI. This small-scale event is specifically aimed at laboratory technicians. The atrium has been converted into an exhibition floor and the conference rooms transform into practical workshop spaces after the break. The first half of the day is dedicated to three lectures. Leading names from the industry and scientific world dive straight into the depths, with minimal introduction. Some prior knowledge is required here.

For the first time, a patient was treated with salivary gland organoid cells, grown from his own stem cells.
