Lunch Break – Demos
See below for the demos that will be shown during this break.
12.30 – 13.30
12:45 – MyMesh – Does your property meet the GACS requirements?
Since January 2026, GACS legislation for building automation and control systems has been in effect for large non-residential buildings. Organizations are required to monitor, control, and optimize building installations more intelligently. Active checks will be carried out starting June 2026. Consequently, data-driven building management is no longer an innovation project, but a necessary step towards compliance, energy efficiency, and a healthy indoor climate. In practice, this proves complex for many organizations. Building data is often scattered across building management systems, energy meters, sensors, and IoT solutions. As a result, real-time insight into performance is lacking, and optimizations remain limited. This is precisely where the challenge and the opportunity lie. Mymesh brings building control, sensors, and data sources together in a single intelligent ecosystem. Through real-time insight into energy consumption and performance, installations can work together more intelligently and be automatically optimized. This results in better control over building performance, lower operating costs, and buildings that are future-proof and meet the GACS requirements of today and tomorrow. Mymesh will be present at the Digital Building of the Future conference to engage in dialogue with property owners, managers, and installers regarding the impact of GACS and the steps towards this transition. Together, we are building smart, energy-efficient, and future-proof buildings for a sustainable future. In doing so, we are structurally accelerating the sustainability of the built environment. 13.00 – Barcol – Air – REAL-TIME INSIGHT WITH CERA REMOTE MONITORING
Visit the Barcol-Air stand for a live demonstration of the CERA Remote Monitoring solution. View the real-time status of the CERA ventilation units down to the room/zone level, including line-view visualization and values such as CO₂ and valve positions. Via web access (IP), you can remotely read out, intervene, and manually bypass, with standard 14-day trend reporting. CERA Remote Monitoring: an in-house development by Barcol-Air, cleverly combining our engineers' expertise with Schneider Electric hardware.
13.15 – Siemens Nederland NV – Ai Engineering
This concerns an AI addition to Desigo Engineering Framework and Desigo CC / Desigo Optic. Buildings start talking this way. The AI acts simultaneously as a coach and an expert in building automation and can answer a wide range of questions.
