The THU12U from PTR Hartmann is an extremely compact, IP67 waterproof tactile switch for SMT mounting. It is designed to meet the demands of modern portable electronics. With a footprint of just 3.0 × 2.0 mm, an actuation height of 0.6 mm, and a proven lifespan of 300,000 switching cycles, the THU12U delivers reliability where space is of the essence.
The housing is made of Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), a high-quality self-reinforcing thermoplastic, the dome and cover of stainless steel, while the contacts are finished in silver-plated bronze.
