On Thursday, May 7, 2026, Hitma celebrated a special milestone together with instrumentation manufacturer Barksdale: Hitma and Barksdale have been working together successfully for 30 years! To mark this occasion, Raphael Chapusot (Sales Director EMEA at Barksdale) and Michael Weileder (Managing Director at Barksdale) visited Hitma's headquarters in Uithoorn.
Valuation
During his speech, Michael Weileder explained how the collaboration came about back then and how valuable this relationship remains after all these years. In doing so, he expressed his appreciation for Hitma's efforts. He noted that it is remarkable that several colleagues who were already part of this collaboration 30 years ago are still active within Hitma. To him, that says a lot about the company and the commitment of its employees.
Award
As a festive highlight, Michael Weileder presented a special award on behalf of Barksdale to Ronald Blewanus, Instrumentation Sales Team Manager, in recognition of three decades of collaboration and trust.
In addition to members of the instrumentation team, including instrumentation specialist Chris Neyens, Michiel Jansen and Peter Cornelissen were present on behalf of the Hitma management, as well as various marketing colleagues.
