Hitma BV from Uithoorn announces that the acquisition of Verboon Compressoren BV from Nootdorp has been successfully completed. The acquisition takes effect on July 1, 2026. With this acquisition, Hitma strengthens its activities in the field of compressed air solutions and service.
Compressors and compressed air systems
Verboon Compressoren specializes in the sale, installation, and maintenance of compressors and compressed air systems. The company serves a growing client base in various sectors and has built a strong reputation for quality and customer focus over the past years.
Little will change for customers of Verboon Compressoren. Operations will continue from the current location in Nootdorp, under the existing company name and with the trusted team. Founder and former owner Huib Verboon will also remain involved with the company. All employees will join Hitma.
Verboon Compressoren's business partners will soon be personally informed about the acquisition and the continued collaboration.
