Digital printing and 3D relief printing open up new possibilities for the functional and visual finishing of electronic housings. With these techniques, Bopla offers a flexible solution for both prototypes and small to medium-sized series.

The processes are applicable to virtually all plastic and aluminium housings.

  • 3D relief printing adds a physical dimension to this: by building up ink layer by layer, a tactile structure is created, for example for operating markings or extra grip.
  • Digital printing enables photorealistic images, fine details, and smooth color transitions, even right up to edges and in recessed areas.

The maximum dimensions are 690 × 490 × 150 mm (L×W×H)

Due to the low setup costs, both techniques are suitable for variable data and iterative designs, such as serial numbers or customer-specific variants.

For specific requirements, such as PMS colors, metallic effects, or wear-resistant marking, screen printing, pad printing, and laser marking remain relevant additions. Together, these techniques offer a versatile and scalable marking and design platform for Bopla enclosures.
