With the BLADE, CEM brings a new generation of sample preparation to the market for Element Analysis, which is characterized by speed, simplicity, performance and flexibility.
- Speed: complete clear destruates in 5 minutes.
- Simplicity: The BLADE is the easiest to use microwave destruction system on the market. Sample and acid are added to a quartz vessel and closed with a snap-cap. The vessel is placed in an autosampler and is fully automatically destroyed and then cooled. No tools are needed and the vessels are easy to clean.
- Performance: Complete destruction is achieved by applying the very high microwave power density to the sample using the Single Mode Cavity technology combined with advanced vortexing.
- Flexibility: From routine to extreme samples, BLADE can do it all. Mix & Match samples and acids including HNO2, HCl, HF, etc. in a batch using a universal method. The destruction can be followed in real-time by the built-in high definition camera.
