By integrating a weighing system into the dispensing process, the machine automatically determines the weight of each portion, ensuring uniform dispensing.

Selected Zemic load cell and transmitter
After extensive testing and evaluation, Devoteq has chosen the Zemic for this application. L6D-C3-10kg single point load cell in combination with the T1-4 transmitter.
The L6D-C3-10kg It was selected due to the OIML C3 accuracy class, excellent compensation for eccentric loads, and compact single-point design. This makes this load cell particularly suitable for use in a platform scale. Thanks to the stable output signal, the load cell delivers consistent measurement results, while the cost-efficient design ensures an optimal balance between performance, accuracy, and price.
In combination with the T1-4 transmitter, which enables simple integration into machine control systems, this solution offers reliable weighing data in real time. Consequently, this combination proved to be the best choice for the final machine design.
