How do you create a controlled, clean working environment within an existing space?
With a modular cleanroom, a controlled environment can be created within an existing room or workspace, without the need to build an entirely new space.
The aluminium cleanrooms are fully custom-assembled. This allows for both compact workspaces and larger structures. With various standard elements, the space can be tailored to the available environment and the activities taking place there.
Controlled air quality
An important part of the cleanroom is air filtration. H14 HEPA filters remove very small particles from the air and have an efficiency of 99.997% at 0.3 microns.
Depending on the application, the lean room can be implemented according to ISO classes 6 through 9 in accordance with EN ISO 14644-1. This allows for targeted control of airborne particulate matter.
Designed to limit pollution
The construction itself is also designed for a clean working environment. The aluminium surfaces have a smooth finish, and 45° angles help to limit the accumulation of dust and other particles.
In addition, the cleanroom can be equipped with, among other things:
- changing rooms and entrance areas;
- sliding doors and hinged doors;
- various sizes and layouts;
- additional access and workspaces.
- Flexible and customized
Because the construction is modular and lightweight, the cleanroom can be fully tailored to the available space. This creates a practical, controlled working environment where cleanliness, air quality, and flexibility come together.
