MEAN WELL launches the NSP series, the new generation of AC-DC power supplies that replaces the trusted RSP series.

This series has been developed to meet the increasing demand for compact, energy-efficient, and globally certified power supplies for industrial and commercial applications. 

The NSP series offers a smaller form factor of up to 30% than its predecessor, making the power supplies easy to integrate into compact control cabinets and modular systems. Despite the smaller design, the NSP series delivers top performance with a high efficiency of 90%–94.5%, resulting in reduced heat generation and a longer lifespan for both the power supply and surrounding components. The range includes fanless models from 75 to 200 W for quiet, low-maintenance operation and a 320 W version with a quiet fan (< 40 dB) for situations where extra power is required.  

Thanks to a wide input voltage range (85–305 VAC), the NSP is suitable for a wide range of applications, from automation and power engineering to test and measurement equipment. The power supplies are certified worldwide (CB, UL, CE, UKCA, DEKRA, CCC, EAC, KC, RCM, BIS) and comply with multiple safety standards such as IEC/EN/UL 62368-1, 61010-1, 61558-1, and 62477-1. The applied conformal coating protects the electronics against moisture, dust, and condensation, contributing to reliable operation under harsh conditions.
