Block offers an extensive portfolio of PCB transformers with double or reinforced galvanic isolation between primary and secondary windings. All types are cUL and VDE certified and designed for use in SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) and PELV (Protective Extra Low Voltage) circuits.
They are encapsulated under vacuum using the XtraDenseFill process, thereby free of air inclusions. This guarantees high mechanical stability, excellent moisture resistance, and long-term electrical reliability in demanding environments.
The VB, VC, FL, and PT series are compact, encapsulated transformers designed to ensure safe electrical separation between input and output voltages in accordance with EN (IEC) 61558-2-6.
The VB series is ideal for low-power controls in high ambient temperatures, such as indicator modules, measuring sensors, and small control circuits where safety and limited PCB space are paramount.
