Project NutriControl: continuity in laboratory gas supply

During the move to a new location in Veghel, the NutriControl laboratory was completely refurbished.

This also included a new air and laboratory gas supply. For analytical processes, a constant supply of compressed air, nitrogen, hydrogen, and zero air is important, especially when multiple systems are used daily.

Avilo supplied a complete installation including compressors, filtration, compressed air drying, nitrogen generators, and facilities for hydrogen and zero air.

The installation is duplicated for key components. As a result, the gas supply remains available during maintenance or a potential malfunction. This helps to limit interruptions to laboratory processes.

During the transition to the new location, Avilo also ensured that nitrogen and compressed air were available at both the old and the new locations.
