SP Industrial expands DDR5 portfolio with 64GB DDR5-7200 CUDIMM and CSODIMM modules

SP Industrial has expanded its DDR5 memory portfolio with new 64GB DDR5-7200 CUDIMM and CSODIMM modules. The modules are designed for AI, edge computing, and industrial applications.

Based on the latest JEDEC-compliant DDR5 standard, the modules deliver speeds of up to 7200 MT/s in a single 64GB module. They operate at a low voltage of 1.1V. As a result, they offer high performance while supporting efficient system design.

The modules also include several features to improve reliability. On-die ECC (ODECC) helps protect data integrity. In addition, integrated TVS diode protection helps protect the memory from electrical transients.

The modules support a wide operating temperature range -20°C to +95°C. Furthermore, they are available in two form factors: 288-pin CUDIMM and 262-pin CSODIMM. This makes them suitable for desktop systems, industrial PCs, notebooks, and edge computing platforms.
