VDL Groep strengthens position in electronics with acquisition of Rena

VDL Groep has further strengthened its position in high-quality electronics. The industrial family business with headquarters in Eindhoven has acquired Rena Electronica from Zundert (North Brabant). Rena Electronica is active in the development and production of electronics for, among other things, LED products in various markets. With this acquisition, VDL mainly sees synergy benefits with VDL TBP Electronics, the subsidiary located in Dirksland (South Holland) and Eindhoven, which specializes in the assembly of high-quality electronics, so-called printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), printed circuit boards with electronic components.
