Inline sensors are, by definition, installed directly in the process flow. They are exposed to actual process conditions and therefore require frequent maintenance.
This is not obvious in a production process or (waste) water flow. After all, you cannot stop the process at every turn. What if you could do this task easily automate?
Retractable process connections are the ideal way to mount sensors in a process and always keep them accessible for maintenance, cleaning, validation and calibration without process interruption.

It fully automatic cleaning and calibration system Unical9000 has developed into a real all-rounder. Originally designed for use with pH measuring points under harsh conditions in the chemical industry, the Unical9000 has been around for a long time now also successful in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
The pH sensor diagnostic parameters during the measurement are translated into a stress/wear load. If this factor is exceeded, cleaning and validation are automatically activated. If necessary, a calibration is even carried out.
The user can set a time interval program or a real-time weekly program. Functions and programs can also be controlled via the control room.
