The employers' organisations MKB-Nederland and VNO-NCW have developed a guideline together with the trade unions FNV and CNV to support companies in creating a healthy and safe working environment. This corona guidelines contains measures that help companies to set up a safe working environment during this corona crisis in which employees have the least possible chance of becoming infected.

The guideline has been online since June, but is now more relevant than ever in the second wave. The information can also help in adjusting the risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E). A Route to RI&E site has also been developed by the trade unions, employers' organizations and the Ministry of SZW.

The 'Route to RI&E' stimulates compliance with risk inventory and evaluation in the business community. The RI&E is a means to map the risks in a company for work absence. This inventory is therefore always done together with the employees. The starting point of this inventory is, however, the entrepreneur who would like to gain insight into the risks and priorities of the company regarding work absence.

In this context we would also like to refer you to the site www.rie.nl and more specifically to the free SME risk assessmentFor the assessment you can contact the relevant occupational health and safety service.
