Cleanroom certified
The new cleanroom CO2 incubator is independently certified by TÜV SÜD for compatibility with ISO Class 5 cleanrooms, meeting stringent air quality requirements. The CO2 incubator comes with a particle control system consisting of an additional inlet and outlet filter. The unit has proven compatibility with common cleanroom cleaning methods, making it the perfect solution for a cleanroom or GMP production environment.
Robust and easy to clean
With its rugged stainless steel exterior and IP54-compliant design, the Forma CO2 Incubator can withstand the rigorous and repetitive cleaning procedures that are an integral part of effective cleanroom management, enabling long-term operation and maximum return on investment. The system is compatible with the STERIS Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) decontamination method, allowing for easy integration into existing sterilization workflows. The system operates within the chamber using Thermo Scientific’s patented THRIVE active airflow technology, which ensures homogeneous cell growth conditions and rapid parameter recovery in less than 10 minutes, prioritizing cell culture protection. Reliable contamination control is enabled by in-chamber HEPA filtration, on-demand 180°C sterilization, and an optional 100% pure copper inner chamber.
