Combi-Shield from PSC is a display solution that provides EMI shielding while retaining the function of a touchscreen. The retrofit mesh front panel is constructed from a chemically blackened grid of only 1-1.5mm thick, with an electrically conductive metal edge of at least 12mm wide.
It is therefore not embedded in a glass or polycarbonate carrier.
The edge attachment and dimensions can be optimized for the application, any size is in principle possible.
Due to its excellent shielding performance, this panel is an ideal choice for applications where maximum shielding efficiency is required such as tempest, military, industrial applications and anywhere electrical fields affect touchscreens.
