Noritake's GE Series OLED modules simplify display integration by handling display processing within the module. Built-in fonts, graphics functions, Flash memory, and a high-performance MCU reduce the workload on the host MCU. OLED burn-in prevention features, such as screen savers, can be implemented through simple commands.
UART, SPI, and I²C interfaces enable direct MCU control without a dedicated graphics processor. Customers migrating from Noritake VFD modules can also reuse software assets thanks to a similar command structure.
With long-term product availability and expanding monochrome and color options, the GE Series supports applications requiring simple integration, compact displays, and long product lifecycles.
