This quarter, ArboNed, partner of FHI, pays extra attention to preventing, reducing and tackling occupational risks through the Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E). An RI&E is mandatory for all employers with staff. Companies that cannot provide an RI&E during an inspection by the Dutch Labour Inspectorate (NLA) risk a fine.

Why this theme?
The Dutch Labor Inspectorate regularly checks companies for the safety and health of their employees. The NLA checks, among other things, for the presence of an RI&E.

Safe, healthy and fun at work
With the RI&E, entrepreneurs map out the labor risks in their company. In this way they ensure that their employees can (continue to) do their work in a healthy and safe manner. Through ArboNed, FHI members can help draw up and keep RI&Es up to date.
