Invest wisely in knowledge and talent with the SLIM subsidy 2026
With the SLIM subsidy 2026, technology companies can make targeted investments in the development of their employees, with a maximum subsidy of 60%. FHI submits a joint application on behalf of its members and guides the entire process, from preparation to submission and execution.
Within this collaboration, we are developing three interconnected building blocks. First, a sector-wide skills framework with clear roles, competencies, and career paths for the technology sectors. Secondly, a Performance & Skills Tool will be developed that provides insight into existing and missing competencies and supports organizations in strategic workforce development. Finally, we are developing industry-specific training offerings, such as practice-oriented training and modular learning formats that are directly applicable in the workplace.
The SLIM collaboration is intended for SME organizations with up to 250 employees, or for partners participating together with SME members. You choose which components you participate in and what suits your organization.
Interested? Sign up before May 15, 2026. FHI guides you from the initial introduction to submission in the June period. Together, we build sustainable knowledge, clear career paths, and future-proof organizations.
