The LabTECH Xelsius is a compact and fast reactor with ten fully individually thermostatted and stirred reactor cells in the temperature range from -20°C to +150°C. One compact Xelsius therefore replaces ten heating devices, stirrers, ice baths, reactor cells and reflux condensers. This makes the Xelsius suitable for reaction optimization, drug development, parallel synthesis, gravimetric analysis, DoE studies, automated filtration and Flow Chemistry. 

The software allows you to easily set the temperature, stirring speed, desired time and progress per reactor cell. But also more complex multi-stage temperature profiles if necessary. Even cyclical temperature control procedures, for example for biological processes, can be quickly realized, saved and documented. After starting, you get a complete overview of the status of all 10 reaction cells and you can immediately start individual heating, cooling, stirring or temperature increase. The login function/user management allows you to meet GMP/regulatory requirements.

Xelsius can be used in a fume hood, mounted on a robot platform, linked together as multiple units for large quantities of samples or as an easy-to-operate free-standing system on a laboratory worktop. Thanks to the PTFE-coated housing, the Xelsius system can withstand demanding laboratory conditions.
