Last year, 3 products were classified as world firsts for rolling stock and DC traction power applications introduced:
- The P16800 speed signal doubler with SIL2/SIL4 to use encoders more effectively;
- The P45000 most space-saving high-voltage inverter up to 4500 V DC and 3000 V AC with SIL 2 for rolling stock;
- The P41000 AG two-in-one inverter to measure rated current and overcurrent, which also enables condition-based maintenance and early detection of safety-critical peak events.
With the exclusive license to distribute Knick products in the Benelux, Elscolab has helped introduce crucial technologies such as Knick's EN 50463-approved voltage and current measuring transducers for rolling stock.
