The S-Bio Ultra Low Attachment (ULA) well plates from PHCbi have a hydrophilic polymer coating on the polystyrene (PS) carrier material.

Cell spheroids (tissue structures and organoids) can only form if the cells bind to each other and not to the plastic of the well plates, which means that the well plates must have a coating with ultra-low binding to cells.
In addition to the ULA coating, the shape of the wells is also important, which determines the force with which the aggregation of cell structures can take place, tailored to the application.
For cells that are difficult to aggregate, in addition to the conventional flat-bottom and U-bottom wells, we also offer plates with slightly more pointed Spindle bottom wells and, as a third option, pointed V-bottom wells.

If you want to save time by easily changing your medium in just one action, we can offer you the split-bottom wells.
